Eat Right

You need to give your body what it needs to thrive.  It is best to eat whole, fresh foods if you can and to limit processed foods. Also cut down sugar and caffeine.  You can add essential oils into your daily lifestyle habits to support your health. 

doTerra Essential oils can be used internally.  Just check your bottle -  it will tell you on it if it is suitable to be taken internally and used in recipes.  Pretty much if you would eat a lemon then you can use Lemon essential oil internally.  Read more here - Is it safe to ingest oils

Try starting your day with a glass of water with a drop of Lemon essential oil added to it.  Do this before you do anything else.

Lime, Grapefruit, a mix of Wild Orange, Lime and Grapefruit, Cardamom, Green Mandarin

Flavouring

Essential oils can provide great flavouring to your favourite healthy dishes.  Try oils like Black Pepper, Coriander, Basil if you do not have the herbs.  The oils are super concentrated so you need to poke a toothpick into the top of your bottle then swish the toothpick around your dish.  

Add one drop of Ginger to your Banana Bread for a warm spicy flavour.  A drop of cinnamon or wild orange to your morning oatmeal or porridge.  Making a smoothie?  Try a drop of any of the oils you would add to your water.
